A common ranch style house was transformed into a modern interpretation of a more rustic style.
Existing roof trusses were stripped of drywall and painted. At the re-built entry stainless steel fasteners are routed in flush with the wood surface of the columns.
Additions were included at the living room and master suite.
Mitchell O'Neil's unique ranch design received an Award of Honor by the American Institute of Architects.
